Laptop Model: Lenovo 110-15ISK LA-D562P REV1.0
Fault : Short
Circuit
Configuration: Seventh Generation I5 Onboard Memory Independent Graphics Card
Repair Process:
I think
everyone likes to connect large and short machines, because the easy way to
find the fault point is to burn the machine. Learn from the field teacher's
method and just use flux to apply a little bit on the hot area. The current is
limited to 3A.
Turn on the
power and carefully observe the changes in the heating area, and you will soon
be able to hit it with one blow. The advantage of doing this is that it
doesn't hurt your hands.
Take out the motherboard and directly short-circuit the B+ to ground value. Use the above method to quickly find the damaged components. Remove the isolation tube and test again to see if there is still a short circuit.
The picture shows a 1.0V main power supply, which is easy first and then
difficult.
When the first
filter capacitor of the main power supply was removed, the value changed again.
It seemed that the culprit was found. The filter capacitor of the main
power supply B+ broke down to the ground.
This was
because the largest of the three was broken, so I had to replace it with
another one. Finally, retest the ground value of all inductors to confirm
that there is no problem, and turn on the power.
