Laptop Model : Acer E1-Z5WE1
Motherboard Number : LA-9535P
Fault : Does Not Turned On No Power
Repair
Process :
The plug can be adjusted up to 0.08A, but the
switch does not trigger. The current is so large that it feels linear, but the
3V5V PWM has not come out.
Because it has been repaired too much, it feels a
little bit, but it is not necessarily accurate. Go directly to the 3V5V
inductor. After a test, I found that one is 3.0V and the other is 3.3V.
After a closer look, the 3.3V is correct. The
3.0V is originally 5V. How did it become like this? Check the conditions.
After
checking, I found that the voltage of pin 5 is wrong. It should be 3.3V. Let's
see where the voltage goes. I found that it didn't go anywhere. I only
connected a capacitor PU420.
I measured the
secondary value of pin 5 to ground and found that it was only 7. This was too
small. I didn't even think about blowing the PU402. When I measured it again,
it was still 7.
Actually, the
PU420 died. After replacing it and restoring it, the standby voltage is OK, the
trigger power-on current is constant, the memory is also bad, replace it with
the memory for testing, the trigger current is normal, and the repair is
completed!
Happy Repairing !
