Laptop Model: Dell XPS 13-9360
Board Number : LA-D841P
Fault : Does Not Power On
Repair Process :
When I saw it, it was already disassembled. The 32M BIOS had been
flashed and the CMOS battery was gone. I just used a battery to make do with it.
I got the
board and plugged it in at about 0.04A. Analyzing this current, it generally
indicates that the common point is abnormal or short-circuited or the secondary
voltage does not come out.
Measuring 3
and 5V has already come out, and since there is no CMOS, there is only one
answer - the secondary voltage has not come out. Detection found
anomalies:

After correcting the artificial fault, the current went up
directly, but it still did not boot. The DEBUG light reported a memory failure.
There were 4 memory chips totaling 8G. I soldered two more and pushed them.
It is found that the power-on current has passed through the memory, and
the DEBUG light no longer flashes. Combined with the BIOS being passed, wait
for 30 seconds and then the machine will power off and restart.
After another 30 seconds, the LOGO will be displayed. Download a BIOS
from the forum and flash it, and it will light up immediately.
